On Thursday, December 11, 2025, Mr. Kostas Kavvadias, NAM & Business Development Associate at ADUS, attended the 16th Panhellenic Sales Conference organized by the Hellenic Sales Institute (IPE), held at the IMAX auditorium of Village Cinemas at The Mall Athens.

Under the theme “Unboxing | Sales Human Intelligence”, the conference explored key issues shaping modern commercial strategy — from the role of data-driven decision-making to the evolving importance of human competencies in sales. A central message of the event was the growing need to strengthen trust within commercial partnerships as a cornerstone for sustainable growth and long-term collaboration.

In line with this perspective, Mr. Kavvadias highlighted a shared conclusion reflected across multiple presentations and recent studies:
“Recent research clearly shows that the first factor examined in any collaboration — whether by Clients or Companies, in both B2B and B2C environments — is the sense of security they derive from the partnership.
Companies that consistently and demonstrably provide this security through their services, their products and, above all, their people, are the ones that stand out and achieve the strongest results in the market.”

This view reflects the core philosophy of ADUS: stability, reliability and consistent field presence, ensuring that every partnership is built on genuine trust and tangible value.

By attending the conference, ADUS reaffirms its commitment to staying aligned with industry developments and continuously strengthening its capabilities, offering modern, high-quality support to the brands it represents.
