ADUS participated in the Convenience Retailing Conference 2026, held on September 29 at the Daïs Event Center, with Andreas Sotirchos, Commercial Director; Sotiris Michalopoulos, Sales Manager; and Haris Alexopoulos, Sales Supervisor, in attendance.
The conference focused on the changes shaping the convenience retail sector in Greece, ranging from new consumer needs and habits to the evolution of convenience stores, the penetration of brands into the convenience channel, and the new technologies and services that are creating growth opportunities.
For ADUS, monitoring developments in convenience retail is of particular importance. Our daily presence in the field and direct contact with the market provide a clear picture of how the needs of stores, brands, and consumers are changing.
The modern convenience market is no longer limited to meeting an immediate need. The convenience store is evolving into a more complex point of contact with the consumer, where speed, availability, the shopping experience, and proper product placement take on even greater importance.
Through its participation in the Convenience Retailing Conference, the company stays in close touch with the trends, challenges, and new opportunities shaping the convenience channel, while also fostering dialogue with industry executives and professionals.
The evolution of convenience retail is creating an environment with new demands for brands and the people who are in the market every day; for ADUS, understanding this reality is a fundamental part of its work.
